Data Deletion

1. How to request deletion

To request deletion of personal data associated with Elorenis, send an email to [PRIVACY EMAIL] with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account, organization or data without sending unnecessary sensitive information.

• Your name and the email address associated with the relevant Elorenis account or interaction.
• The agency or organization concerned, where applicable.
• A short description of the data or integration concerned.
• If the request concerns Meta data, indicate the relevant Meta-connected account, Page, lead form or agency connection where known.

2. Identity verification

We may ask for additional information when reasonably necessary to verify the identity of the requester or confirm that the requester is authorized to act on behalf of an organization. We will not request more information than is reasonably necessary for that purpose.

3. Requests concerning agency-controlled data

Where Elorenis processes personal data solely on behalf of an agency customer, that agency will normally be the data controller and Elorenis will act as processor. In that case, we may direct the requester to the relevant agency, forward the request to the agency, or assist the agency in fulfilling the request in accordance with the applicable Data Processing Agreement.

4. Meta data deletion

If you connected Meta to Elorenis and want data obtained through that connection deleted, you may submit a request using the contact method above. Where applicable, you may also revoke Elorenis access directly through the controls made available by Meta. Revoking access stops future collection through that authorization, subject to normal technical propagation times. A deletion request is still required if you also want previously received data deleted where deletion is legally and technically applicable.

5. What happens after a valid request

After a valid request is verified, Elorenis will identify the personal data within scope and delete or anonymize it where required and technically appropriate. Where Elorenis acts as processor, deletion will be performed according to the controller's lawful instructions and the applicable agreement. We may retain limited information where required by law, necessary to establish or defend legal claims, needed for fraud or security prevention, or otherwise permitted under applicable data-protection law.

6. Connected services and third parties

Deleting data from Elorenis does not automatically delete copies independently held by connected third-party services such as Meta, Google, CRM providers or commerce platforms. Requests relating to data independently controlled by those providers may also need to be submitted directly to the relevant provider under its own privacy procedures.

7. Backups

Deleted information may remain temporarily in encrypted or otherwise protected backup copies until the normal backup-retention cycle expires. Backup copies are not restored or reused for ordinary operational purposes after a valid deletion request except where necessary for disaster recovery, security or legal compliance. Where a backup is restored, applicable deletion requirements will be reapplied.

8. Timing

Elorenis will acknowledge and process valid deletion requests within the time periods required by applicable law and, where relevant, the contractual obligations applicable to the connected service. Complex requests or requests involving a controller customer may require additional coordination. Where an extension is legally permitted and necessary, the requester will be informed as required.

9. Confirmation

Where appropriate, Elorenis will confirm completion of the deletion request or explain any data that must be retained and the legal or technical reason for doing so. If the request was submitted on behalf of an agency customer, confirmation may be provided through that customer.

10. Account closure and integration disconnection

Closing an Elorenis account or disconnecting an integration does not necessarily have the same effect as a formal deletion request. Disconnection stops new synchronization from the relevant integration, while account closure ends access to the service. Data deletion is handled separately according to this page, the Privacy Policy, the applicable customer agreement and legal retention requirements.
